Refund Policy

Due to limited seating and scheduling commitments, all seminar and webinar purchases are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.

If you are unable to attend:

• Webinar purchases may be transferred to a future webinar date one time.
• Seminar registrations may be transferred to another attendee or future event with at least 14 days’ notice.

In the event Alex Gemma cancels or reschedules an event, attendees will have the option of a full refund or transfer to a future event.
